One or two days a week, I write code with your team and own the problem until the numbers move. If your problem is different, bring it.
How the 90 Days Run
I measure first. What gets fixed comes from your problem and your numbers. I use the newest tools where they help most, and I put AI workflows into plan, code, review, test, and release with tested, reusable skills.

The First 30 Days
It starts free, and you see real work before you commit past Day 30.
Step by step:
Before you sign: the free Lite assessment. A short questionnaire and a one-page readout, then a 30-minute call. The scores are self-reported: they show where to look, not proof.
Days 1 to 10: I sit with your team, join key meetings, interview key people, and pull the data. I measure where you are and pick the two problems that hold you back most.
Days 11 to 14: I ship a first fix your team and sponsor can see. We agree on a target for each problem and name an owner on your side for each.
Day 30: we compare the numbers with the baseline. You decide to continue or stop.
After Day 30:
I run both fixes at full depth and move the work to your own owners, step by step. At Day 60 we re-score and adjust.
By Day 90 each owner runs the work without me. You get a final report, and the AI workflows stay in place.
What you commit to:
- Read access to all tools by Day 1.
- Interviews booked within Days 1 to 7.
- One executive sponsor who answers within 48 hours.
- One internal owner for each problem we fix.
- The agreed team time for the work.
Then You Decide
At Day 30, you have two options:

The engagement runs to Day 90 and ends with your own owners running the work. After Day 90 you can continue as a Second 90 days, or as an Operating partner at one day a week.
Stop
You pay for Month 1 only. That is the Day-30 exit, and it is the only guarantee I make.
